Rain tried to damper
the mood at last year’s concert it did not work.
This year the same
screen was set. The first artist to kick off this year show was a rising star
known as Troublesum. With an energetic performance the show was on its way.
One of the Host at this
year’s concert was Jabba from Hot97 in NY, he hosted in last year show also

Camar signed with
SlipNSlide Records performed along side a Artist call shifta. They move as a
unit to build the early vibes at Best of the Best.
Ras Penco a new artist
hit the stage and let the Miami crowd know what he is all about. Ending his set
with a chune “1000 miles away” Ras Penco made his mark on Miami.
I
am a fan of this next artist. He hit the stage smiling and playing into the
crowd. Christopher Martin made it seem easy to please the crowd and especially the
ladies. He is a fun filled ‘young man’. During the performance he singled out a lady and
serenaded her with Love Ballads, leaving the ladies wanting more. He then sang
for a lady in the VIP section who was celebrating her birthday. She requested “Birthday
Sex” and Christopher Martin melted hearts with his rendition. At 22 years old this
young star will make you a fan.
I
was surprised by SPICE performance. I did not know she was so flexible. Anyway
she hit the stage and quickly got her sexy session on the way. She did not have
Kartel to ramp with, but a lucky guy from the crowd got to show off his "daggering"
skills in front a pack filled audience. She promises to take him to her ramping
shop.

Artist Ricky Blaze and Fresh Prince hit the Stage and made us wanting to cut
off our enemies.

Tea made it rain with his well known
songs. The crowd played sing along in the drizzling rain. One thing with this
artist you will get you monies worth, ‘complete’ song and all.
BLAZING FIRE
The
only fireman that uses fire to ignite the place came with brimstone. Capleton
did not destroy any property but he torn the house down. The rain was not one
to stay away during the Fireman’s arson. I interview Capleton and he's got as
much or more energy than the “Energy God”. At least 2 hours after his time on stage
Capleton hung out backstage, gave interviews then he was chilling with his
crew.

Achieving
the shortest time on stage Flippa Mafia was gone from the stage in a short
amount of time approximately 3 or less minute tops. I am not sure if the crowd was not
responding to him as he wanted or the microphone was not in good working condition.

dress goes to two artists the first is The Doctor or should I say a high ‘Seas
Robber’. Beenie Man made a note of his time being cut short last year to facilitate
Super Cat. This year he was promised 30 mins and after 15 mins they said his
time was up'. He then said to his manager that he will do another song he does
not care. “Big up to Mavado, Bounty Killer and the Gully Side but a “GAZZAA’ me seh”.
This did not go good with the following Artist who shared BEST DRESSED.

the Elephant Man made it clear that Beenie Man was mistake, because a Gully him
seh’. Elephant man said that it is unity' in the dancehall is what is needed and then send a
big up to Beenie Man. He brought a Surprise Artist who killed it last year,
Assassin.
He
made it real clear he DJ’s for the Ladies and the man dem nuh fi get vex, ah
